Your map will become full of bases to destroy again and you start over. Once you have done the above, leave it for a day / half a day.
Where possible, time step 3 with Dr T days because that gives you even more opportunity to gather resources. So once you have defeated all bases you will find yourself with a nice stash of resources to throw at that next upgrade. Whilst you are doing your "Map Clear" you are online and therefore cannot be attacked, therefore your resources are safe. The resources you gather through your sawmill / iron mine etc (and from resources bases) does not come close to the resources won through a "Map Clear".
Boom beach landing craft heavies upgrade#
This is what takes time – particularly if you lose a lot of troops (as you have to wait for them to 'cook' again.Ĥ – upgrade your chosen item (preferably both a building and a troop type in the armory. This was the hardest step for me.ģ – Clear your map. It did upset the wife from time to time beware!ġ – forget the notion of storing / hording resources over a period of time (ie days).Ģ – read number 1 again. This is a big hurdle for some, and looking back, I don't know how I managed it. It also requires you to have a block of time (between 1 and 3 hours) where you are pretty much online the whole time. It kind of goes against the grain at first look but bear with me I'll try and layout some basic rules. I was lucky enough to join a TF who were happy to guide players and IMO have worked out the most efficient way to progress. I could not, try as I might, progress because of getting raided. What's my best defence against these things? I just got raided by another player with 5 tanks. I've been stacking my resources away for some big purchases. Send me a pm and I'll let you know my email address. If your keen to join my task force and learn from what we do I can't see a problem you will have to add me as a friend in Game Center and I can invite you to the task force (providing you are using an apple device) Try not to store your resources and use them as soon as you have enough for an upgrade, there is less chance of getting attacked if you have nothing for the attacker to take from you. There are many strategies for the game but I recommend focusing your effort in upgrading the armory, landing crafts, gun boat, and your men. With regards to rifleman they are very effective in large numbers so you will need to upgrade your landing craft to get the most benefit from them. You need to make them stronger using the armory for them to have some decent effect. Heavy and zooka combo is very effective as are smoke and warriors. I use diamonds mainly to help in upgrades if I'm a little short with either wood, iron,or stone I'll use some diamonds to get the upgrade started to minimize the risk of loosing some of my resources if I'm attacked. It just takes a lot longer to progress, you do gain diamonds by getting achievements, submarine diving, task force operations, and they randomly appear on your map. Use him to protect damage-dealing troops such as Riflemen or Zookas. It is possible to play the game without purchasing diamonds. The Heavy is great at soaking up damage since he has a lot of health. The Heavy is the second troop unlocked in the game. Warriors are very effective at taking out Mortars, Rocket Launchers, and Shock Launchers as they can easily dodge their attacks and can enter their blind spots. Keep in mind that Bombardiers have similar weaknesses as Zookas have. As Bombardiers don't do splash damage, the Tanks or Heavies will not be at risk of being damaged by friendly fire. You can protect Bombardiers with Tanks or Heavies to save them from long-ranged Defensive Buildings and Mines. How do you defend against Bombardier in boom beach?
